One Third currently ships orders within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within up to five (5) business days.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.

During new product launches, promotional periods, holiday periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may require additional time.

Free Shipping

One Third offers complimentary standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $75 or more.

The $75 threshold is calculated after applicable discounts and before taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Orders below the free-shipping threshold will be charged the shipping rate displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, natural events, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside One Third’s reasonable control may occur.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact support@onethirddream.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Leaking Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact support@onethirddream.com with your order number and photographs of the affected product and packaging.

Eligible customers may choose between a replacement and a refund.
