We want you to feel confident when ordering from One Third. Please review the following return policy before making your purchase.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and original condition.

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Discovery Sets

Discovery Sets are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery only if the Discovery Set remains completely unopened and unused.

Once the Discovery Set has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return Shipping

For an approved eligible return, One Third will cover the cost of return shipping and provide return instructions or a prepaid shipping label.

Returns must be initiated through One Third before products are sent back.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase, if any, are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The amount of time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

Damaged, Leaking, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at support@onethirddream.com.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the condition of the product and packaging where appropriate.

For an eligible damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, you may choose between:

a replacement at no additional charge or a refund to the original payment method.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the issue.
